  • Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are in stock. You will be notified via email with any updates.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, adverse weather, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method.
Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered — keep an eye on our announcements.


5. Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Availability and rates vary depending on your location.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.


7. Delays, Lost Packages, and Damaged Items

  • Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control (weather, carrier issues, customs).
  • Lost Packages: If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier immediately.
  • Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, you must record a clear video of the package being opened from the moment of arrival. This is required for us to review your claim for a possible refund or replacement.

8. Combining Orders

If you place multiple orders before we ship them, contact us immediately. We will do our best to combine them into one shipment if possible.
