🔄 Sunnyside Cardhouse – Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. All Sales Final
All purchases made through Sunnyside Cardhouse are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged during shipping and the damage is proven and verified.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified shipping damage.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental orders
- Minor imperfections to packaging or shrink wrap
3. Reporting Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide a clear video recording of the package being opened from the moment of arrival.
- Include close-up photos showing the damage to the product and packaging.
This documentation is required for us to review your claim. Claims without proper evidence will not be approved.
4. What Qualifies as Damage
Damage refers to physical damage caused during shipping, such as:
- Bent or creased cards
- Crushed boxes
Minor cosmetic issues with packaging (such as small scuffs or slight imperfections) are not considered damage.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges for any reason other than verified shipping damage.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and verify your claim:
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Lost and delayed packages are not covered under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
