How soon will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they’re in stock — we’ll keep you updated via email.

Orders typically arrive 3–7 business days after processing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements!

Do you combine orders to save on shipping?

If you place multiple orders before we’ve shipped them, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to combine them into one package where possible.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United States.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

  • Delays: Delays sometimes happen due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement or the package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

  • Marked as Delivered: If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, you’ll also need to reach out to the carrier for assistance.

  • Damaged Items: To qualify for a possible refund or replacement, you must record a clear video of the box being opened from the moment of arrival. This helps us verify the damage and work toward a resolution.

We’ll always try to support you in the process, but carrier claims are required in these cases.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued in cases where damage during shipping is proven and verified.

How do I report a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A clear video recording of the package being opened from the moment of arrival.
  • Photos of the damage to the product and packaging.

This documentation is required for us to review your claim.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
